Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SwiftZone Oratory courses, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
- You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
- We may update these Terms from time to time; changes apply when posted on this page.
Using our services
You agree to follow applicable laws and avoid any activity that disrupts our platform, instructors, or other learners. You also agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access non-public areas, bypass security, or interfere with performance.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload or share unlawful, abusive, hateful, or infringing content.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or collect personal data without permission.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code except where prohibited by law.
- Do not use the Services to send spam, phishing messages, or malware.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if your use creates risk for the Services, other users, or SwiftZone Oratory.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Account information
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You may not share your login with others unless explicitly allowed by a plan you purchased.
- We may request verification information to help secure accounts and prevent fraud.
Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be added where required. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.
Refund review window
If you are not satisfied within 7 days of starting a course, contact us for a refund review. We may ask for purchase details and a brief explanation to improve our offering and to reduce fraud. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
Non-refundable items
- Completed services where full delivery has occurred (e.g., one-time consultations already held), unless required by law.
- Third-party fees that are non-recoverable by us (if applicable and permitted by law).
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restriction and loss of access to purchased materials, subject to applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
All course materials, videos, text, templates, branding, and other content provided through the Services (the “Content”) are owned by SwiftZone Oratory or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Content for your personal, non-commercial learning use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission.
User submissions
If you submit feedback, assignments, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them to operate, improve, and promote the Services. Do not submit confidential information you do not want shared with instructors or evaluators (if applicable).
Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee any specific result, performance improvement, certification, or business outcome. Your progress depends on your effort, background, practice, and consistency.
Third-party services
The Services may reference or link to third-party tools or resources. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in accordance with these Terms, including for violations or to protect the integrity of the Services. Sections intended to survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where SwiftZone Oratory operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Where required, consumers may retain mandatory rights under local law.
