Yes. Learners who complete all modules and submit the final speaking assignment receive a certificate of completion (PDF) with hours and skills covered.
What is your refund policy?
If you’re not satisfied within 7 days of starting a course, contact us for a review. We’ll troubleshoot fit and pacing first; if it’s not right, we’ll process an appropriate refund per your access status.
Can you train teams?

How do schedules work (self-paced vs. live)?
